Work with me

Every session starts with listening.

Choose a single element, a pairing, or a private immersion. Or simply tell me what's going on, and I'll suggest where to begin.

Three ways in

All sessions take place outdoors, in nature. I travel to work with clients at retreats and private homes, wherever they are.

Single session1–2 hours

One element

A private session in fire, water, earth or wood. We meet, talk about what you need, and go into one element deeply.

  • A conversation beforehand about what's going on
  • The full session, one to one
  • A practice to take home

PairingHalf a day

Two elements

Two practices chosen to amplify each other. Fire with wood to reset your rhythm and wake the senses. Earth with water to be held twice over.

  • Everything in a single session
  • Ceremonial cacao to open
  • A light, nourishing meal
A platter of mango, papaya, star fruit and passion fruit with blue butterfly-pea flowers
Private immersion1–3 days

Deep immersion

A lived experience, not a lesson. Over one to three days we move through all four elements in the order your body needs, from dawn light to tide.

  • All four elements, sequenced for you
  • Cacao ceremony and earth-medicine practices
  • All meals cooked by me
  • Follow-up support afterwards

Prices depend on the length, location and group size. I'll send them with my reply to your enquiry.

How it works

  1. Tell me what's going on

Fill in the form below. A few lines is enough. There's no wrong answer.

  2. I write back

I read every enquiry myself and reply within a few days with what I'd suggest, and why.

  3. We shape it together

We refine dates, elements and anything you need me to know by email or message.

  4. We meet outside

On the coast, in the forest, at the water's edge. Bring very little.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be a strong swimmer for Water?

No. You're supported the whole time, and we only go as deep as you're comfortable with. Many people who are nervous in water find it the most profound session of all.

Is an earth burial claustrophobic?

Your head and face stay uncovered, you can ask to come out at any moment, and I stay right beside you. We build the weight slowly, checking in as we go.

Can I come if I'm pregnant?

Many of the elements adapt beautifully to pregnancy. Tell me in your enquiry how far along you are, and we'll agree together what's right, with your midwife or doctor's input.

Is this therapy?

This is guided, embodied nature work. It supports wellbeing and many people find it deeply therapeutic, but it isn't a medical or psychological treatment and doesn't replace one.

What should I bring?

Very little. Clothes you don't mind getting sandy, swimwear for water, a hat, and water to drink. I'll send specifics once we've chosen your session.
